When Canopy PM helps coordinate maintenance, communications with vendors, service providers, managers, owners, residents, or other authorized contacts may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, and stored for maintenance coordination, documentation, service quality, and dispute-resolution purposes. If a participant objects, the automated call workflow may stop and route the issue for follow-up through another method.
